Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives intact and on time:

  1. Standard Shipping
  2. Express Shipping

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your items, the distance they are traveling, and the type of shipping service you select. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

Estimated Delivery Time

  1. Standard Shipping: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  2. Express Shipping: Express orders are given top priority and in most cases, go out the same day if the order is placed by 1 PM (your local time).

Please note, these are estimated delivery times only and your order could arrive much sooner.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping is available all over the world with the exception of a few countries due to legal and other issues. A complete list of these countries is available at the checkout page.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Please note: some orders may experience delays due to customs, which are out of our control.
